A Busy Weekend - Back to Work

We had a busy weekend this past weekend and once again I'm starting my work week tired, but it was a good weekend. As if the skiing wasn't enough to wear me out, we played Ultimate Frisbee yesterday after church. We only had four people on each team for the first hour, so you put in a lot of running when the teams are that small. By the end of the game there were seven people on each team, but we played about forty minutes longer than normal and we didn't take any breaks like we usually do. It was pretty cold when we started out with a little wind blowing, but by the time we finished playing we were freezing cold even after two and a half hours playing - running up and down the field. A cold front had moved in and the temperatures dropped quickly. The wind blowing made for a fun game though. You couldn't take it too serious because you would throw the frisbee and it would float or drift away or just drop. There were a lot of missed plays yesterday, but everyone still had a good time.

The weather report says we'll do good to make it to forty degrees today, but I don't think we will. It's only thirty-two degrees right now and the days half over. They also say we might get some snow on Thursday. I hope so!!!
