Answered Prayer

It has been extremely dry here this year - we've had very little rain. Last I heard we were about 13" below the normal for this year. Our pastor, Dr. Rummage, called on the church to begin praying for rain last Sunday and this week we got some. We had some good steady rain from Wednesday to Friday and probably the most amazing thing is that I heard no one complain about the rain. I wonder if God is trying to get His people's attention, to call on Him, through this. I've wondered throughout the year if the drought we're experiencing is a message to God's people because it has been going strong across the entire Bible Belt. A message for us to call on His name.
